WORK PROCESSES

Fixed Images / .3D Modelling
Once the required information is available 3DIP will start the modelling process (3D creation based on the CAD plans sent by the client or CAD plans creation and then 3D development of the project ).

Once the modelling stage is over, black and white samples will be sent including the architecture and complete details to be accepted by the client, to proceed to the next stage of Quality References and Lighting.

The black and white samples will be based on tentative viewpoints previously selected by the client or if this is not possible, will be sent according to 3DIP criteria.

Texturing. Lighting. Views, Post Production of Images, and Final Rendering.

After the final model and the cameras are accepted we proceed to the texturing and lighting of the images.

3DIP will use materials from its own library stocks to represent the Project planned vegetation, and also for the post production of the images using cars, people and furniture.

The client can provide the materials to be used, after these have been technically approved by 3 DIP. After the approval of the materials, they will be included in the project according to client specifications.

3DIP will use materials and models from its own library stocks, and will give the client the necessary images for him to select the most appropriate furniture.

Our working policy is not to create personalized furniture unless it is included in the original budget accepted by the client and specifically detailed so it can be made in 3D.

3DIP will send the client a first preview to be revised, with the correct textures and lighting in low resolution. The client will have the right to make the necessary changes in the textures and / or colours of the materials without any additional charges (non – structural changes ). However, 3DIP will go over the changes and modifications proposed by the client in order to decide if the before mentioned modify the original budget originally approved.

The client will be able to make the architectural and structural changes he considers necessary for the best resolution of the Project These structural changes made by the client either in this stage of the Project or in the

previous one, that have not been considered in the original budget will be seen again together with the original deadline given. If there are changes in the cost these will be added to the ones agreed in the original budget.
After the changes requested by the client have been made, 3DIP will send the possible final image /images in low resolution to be finally approved by so as to proceed to the final stage of rendering to obtain the definitive images.

Client Revision. Modifications Policy

The client understands that 3D visualization is not a perfect process.

If the information provided by the client is not specific enough or is definitely not present in the CAD files, this could be noticed in the final project. This will be not 3DIP responsibility.

The client agrees on allowing 3DIP to make use of its experience and best knowledge to create the best possible final product. To reach this goal the client will send permanent feedback while the Project is in the making based on the previews given by 3DIP.

3DIP allows the client to make any reasonable changes which could contribute to the best realization of the project.

Videos / Animations

Once the modelling process for the animation requested by the client is approved and finished 3DIP will hand in the views taken by the camera in Wire frame mode.

Once the camera views have been approved by the client, the process of applying the quality memory will take place and the texturized and lightened images will be sent for its definitive approval and that will be the final client Ok for the video.

The above mentioned video sequences will be created with the aim of maximising their visual impact but will be within a range previously agreed on between 3DIP and client.

Animation will include the ground views and furniture found in the CAD files sent to 3DIP. Any detail not originally present in the CAD file can be made up by 3 DIP and will be later included in the animation (previously quoted by 3DIP and accepted by the client ).

3DIP will decide (to the best of its knowledge ) on the representation of those structures on which there is no available information
